At WP Hockey Predictor, we want every fan to have a great experience. Our prediction passes are designed to give you unlimited access to our Over/Under + xGF prediction engine — full data-driven analysis for every NHL matchup. Here’s how we handle refunds fairly and transparently.
The Ground Rules
Important: WP Hockey Predictor’s O/U + xGF Prediction Tool is a probability-based calculator, not a crystal ball. Our predictions are generated using recent scoring trends, home/away splits, and expected goals modelling, but no model can guarantee the outcome of any NHL game. Refunds are not issued based on the accuracy of any prediction or O/U call. Hockey is unpredictable — that’s what makes it great.
Day Pass ($2.99 CAD)
- Site downtime: If our site experiences significant downtime (6 or more hours) during your 24-hour pass period, you are entitled to a full refund. We take uptime seriously and monitor our systems around the clock.
- Accidental purchase: Grabbed a pass by mistake? Contact us within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Monthly Pass ($9.99 CAD)
- Extended outage: If the site experiences a cumulative outage of 24 hours or more within your monthly pass period, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the downtime.
- Accidental purchase: Same deal — contact us within 2 hours for a full refund.
- Unused time: Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a monthly pass. Once your pass is active, you have full access to unlimited predictions for the entire period.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or experienced any other billing error, we will always make it right. Reach out and we’ll correct the issue promptly — no overtime needed on this one.
How Refunds Work
- All refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We process payments through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. WP Hockey Predictor never stores your credit card information.
How to Request a Refund
Send us an email at customersupport@wphockeypredictor.com with your email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
